Initiating services with GO Therapy involves obtaining a referral from your primary care physician. Once your doctor sends the referral, GO Therapy will promptly reach out to you to confirm receipt and facilitate the start of our intake paperwork.
Currently, we do maintain a wait list for services. To have your child added to this list, a referral from your doctor is essential.
Our intake process involves sending an electronic form to the email address provided during the referral confirmation. This form allows you to save your progress, enabling you to complete it at your convenience.
In the event that your provider has sent a referral but you have not received a call from GO Therapy, it is possible that the referral was directed to the provider's internal therapy department. If you have not been contacted by GO Therapy, it indicates that the referral has not been received on our end.
