Position Details
GO Therapy is now seeking to add a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a full-time position.
GO Therapy prioritizes holistic care with a team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists working with children and adults, though we primarily serve pediatrics. GO Therapy uses a developmental, child-led, and play-based approach to support children and families. The right person for this position is someone who is creative, ambitious, and loves to learn.
Our speech pathologists work with highly complex physical and medical conditions. All therapists are provided with mentorship and extensive training in infant feeding, tongue tie, orofacial myofunctional disorders, sleep disordered breathing, and much more.
He/she will have a passion for improving the health and lives of the individuals we serve. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and leadership skills are a must.

Evaluate and treat a variety of speech, language, and feeding disorders
Conduct, interpret and analyze standardized testing for patients
Develop patient treatment plans based on their specific needs
Complete required documentation of all patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, parents, caregivers, and outside professionals (i.e., teachers, physicians, other providers, etc.) as needed to ensure excellent patient care

Current Minnesota Department of Health License or Temporary License
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences & Disorders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are needed for this position
Must pass all criminal background checks as required by the State of Minnesota to be eligible to work with children and vulnerable adults
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and willing to learn clinic's EMR system
Adherence to HIPAA privacy rules

GO Therapy offers competitive compensation and benefits for qualified individuals, including, but not limited to:
Salary based on experience: $32-$44/hr (Annually $66k-$90K)

Our Speech Therapy team provides assessment and intervention services that focus on helping children speak, understand language, and learn to their fullest potential. We provide assistance to children with developmental delays such as late talking, difficulty with articulation or grammar, and limited social skills. They partner with adults to reclaim, redefine, and modify communication. Our holistic lens equips and empowers patients to harness their strengths for an improved quality of life.
